We have been a registered charity since 1989, On 1st April 2004 Bolton Community Transport & Furniture Services became a Company Limited by Guarantee No.4840851 with Charitable status No. 1101339.
 
With our minibus fleet of 4 vehicles, we provide fully accessible, door-to-door transport for the elderly,disabled and other individuals and groups who are socially excluded for various reasons.
 
We also operate two friendly and most reasonably priced reusable furniture showrooms at 139/141 Market Street, Farnworth & Unit 4, Lecturers Close (behind sainsburys), Bolton open Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm, where donated furniture is stored and distributed to clients on low income at very affordable prices. This activity is very popular and we handle hundreds of items each month. Any surplus revenue from our furniture division is used to supplement our minibus services.
 
We operate using a mixture of full and part time employees, volunteers and back to work placements.

Wheelchair? No Problem!!

We now operate the Bury Busy Bee Bus, a community bus on behalf of Bury Council.
This is a similar service to that provided for the people of Bolton.
