To show our commitment to the local community we work with various groups & organisations to further employment opportunities.
Our staffAt BCTFS we currently operate with an enthusiastic team of 16 full & part time employees. This includes the general manager and staff in the office, warehouse and shops in addition to drivers and volunteers.
VolunteersIf you have a few hours to spare, why not become part of our growing team or volunteers. We are always looking for help with mini-bus driving, van crewing, showroom, and office duties. Drivers can volunteer for a minimum of one hour up to three days per week and can be required at various times through the day. Free training is given for all volunteers.
Be part of our growing team of volunteers and help to improve the quality of life within our community.
TrainingWe provide MiDAS training free when a new volunteer works with others.
